The total amount of time that the laser has spent in "standby" mode. If so
enabled (laser st is non-zero), the laser is put in standby mode when the
recorder has been idle for a certain amount of time (specified by laser st). It
doesn't matter whether the laser is put into "true" standby mode or simply
shutdown, i.e. the setting of the laser sm parameter is irrelevant.
This statistics parameter is usually viewed with the "list stats" command. It
is reset by the "nvs init stats" command.
